Current and projected future Tenant needs were paramount when Southgate developed approximately 59,000 square feet of build-to-suit office space for Marsh Advantage America. Completed and occupied in February 2003, the Southgate team worked with corporate and local Marsh personnel to design and build this state of the art office facility. As a part of the process, Southgate and Marsh representatives worked with the City of Iowa City on a TIF program which reduced occupancy costs substantially over the initial seven years of the lease. The Marsh offices are located in Northgate Corporate Park, Iowa City.
