Southgate, utilizing the design and engineering services of Rohrbach Carlson, PC developed a 20,000 square foot build-to-suit office for CH Robinson Worldwide. The Southgate team worked closely with corporate as well as local representatives of Robinson Worldwide to design the space specifically to the Tenant’s current and future projected needs. wants and needs.
