Glenn Siders
Glenn R. Siders is the Vice President of Property Development for SouthGate Development Services, LLC where he has over 24 years of experience. Previous to his employment with SouthGate Mr. Siders served as Senior Building Inspector for the City of Iowa City and has been in the contracting business since 1966. In 1982 he was appointed by Governor Ray to serve on the Iowa State Building Code Advisory Council. In 1984 he was appointed Chair and served in that capacity until January 2007. Mr Siders served on the North Liberty City Council as well on its Planning and Zoning Commission, is the past chair of the Iowa City Development Council, former chair of the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce, former board member of the Iowa City Area Development Group and the Iowa City Home Builders Association. He is a registered Journeyman with the State of Iowa and has held several national certifications in the construction field.
